Queen City Residential Laundry offers a 24-hour turnaround from pickup to delivery.
Can I request an earlier pickup or faster turnaround?
Yes. If the pickup date you need isn't available, or you need your laundry back sooner than 24 hours, rush service may be available for an additional fee. Text or email us to check availability.

Yes. Pickup and delivery are free within Queen City Residential Laundry's standard service area.

No payment is required when scheduling. Once your laundry is weighed and the final total is known, we'll text or email you your total with a secure payment link. Payment is due before delivery.
How much does wash-and-fold service cost?
Wash, dry, and fold service has a $25 minimum, which includes the first 15 lbs. Each additional pound over 15 lbs is $1.69.
How are special-care items priced?
Special-care items are washed and dried separately. Their additional handling charge is added to the regular per-pound laundry rate: Comforters & Blankets +$9.99, Down Comforters +$19.99, Bath Mats & Small Rugs +$7.99, Curtains, Drapes & Tablecloths +$9.99.
